Quintcap is owned by the Quint family who have been successful as owners, builders and developers of real estate for the past 60 years. The Quint family has extensive experience in land and building acquisition, construction, property management, leasing and sales of buildings for industrial, commercial, office, flex and residential uses. Quintcap also has significant expertise in building and management of hotel properties.

Assets owned and managed by the principals include approximately 2,000,000 square feet of industrial, commercial and office space, 552 hotel rooms located on four separate properties, and 3,000,000 square feet of land pending development.

Quintcap is completely vertically integrated in its operations which include land acquisition, construction, asset management and leasing. Our key for achieving success in all of these fields is hands-on management. This philosophy can be seen in construction where we are qualified and act as our own general contractor, as well as in hotel management where all properties are administered by ownership.
