CURRENT PROJECTS

 

Industrial

Quintcap is currently beginning construction on phase 2 of a new industrial project located in the city of Brossard on Java Street. The project consists of three multi-tenant industrial buildings, two of which will have a total area of approximately 65,000 square feet, and a third of approximately 25,000 square feet.

The buildings are beautifully designed with a modern glass and pre-cast finishing. All office sections will have the possibility of adding a mezzanine and will be equipped with HVAC systems. During the construction period we will also provide tenants versatility in their truck loading options by offering either loading docks or drive-in garage doors.

 

Commercial

Quintcap is now leasing space for a commercial project which will begin construction in November 2008 in the city of La Prairie on Chemin St. Jean. The project consists of one multi-tenant commercial building with a total area of approximately 18,000 square feet. We have already rented space in this building to Uniprix pharmacy and Subway restaurant.

 

Hotel

Quintcap is proud to announce the opening of it’s new hotel Marriott Fairfield inn and suites at Montreal’s Dorval airport on Michel-Jasmin road. The 165 room hotel is spectacularly designed and offers a wide range of services and amenities, including flat screen tv”s, an indoor swimming pool, and a business center.
