TED QUINT
As the owner of Quintcap, Ted Quint has been a developer and builder of real estate since 1968. To date he has constructed in excess of 1,500 homes, 500 apartment units, 1 million square feet of industrial space, 500,00 square feet of retail space and 250,000 square feet of office space. In addition, Ted built and manages four hotels under the Marriot, Best Western and Quality Inn banners. He also developed over 4,000 single family building lors. In all of his activities, Ted has been responsible for land acquisition, planning, zoning, short term and long term financing, leasing, building management and disposition. Ted earned a B.A. in 1966 and a B.C.L. (Bachelor of Law) in 1969 from McGill University.

IAN QUINT
Ian Quint graduated from McGill University with a B.S.C in 2001 before obtaining his law degree from Osgoode Hall, at Toronto York University, in 2005. After being called to the New-York State Bar, Ian joined Quintcap in 2005. His functions include property management, leasing, construction, development, acquisitions and asset management. Ian also obtained a General Contractor license and act as general contractor for the construction of all phases of Quintcap’s current industrial and office projects in Brossard, Quebec and its commercial project in La Prairie, Quebec.

JOHN WAXLAX
John Waxlax joined Quintcap in 2008 after 23 years in the banking and financial services sector in the United States and Canada. Prior positions include President – GMAC Commercial Finance Canada, President – Bank of New-York Financial Canada, President – IDB Commercial Finance Canada and President – Bank of Boston Canada. As President of the Commercial Services, Division of GMAC Commercial Finance. John managed the second largest factoring company in North America with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Greensboro and Montreal. Through these positions, John has acquired extensive experience in finance, credit and portfolio management, business development, strategic planning, operations and general management. John is an American citizen who moved to Canada in 1992. He earned a B.A. / M.A. in 1982 and an M.B.A. in 1984 from Boston University.
